Payment and account terms in Malaysian ringgit
Ten terms you will meet at the cashier, in your wallet and on your profile page. Every transaction is in Malaysian ringgit (MYR), and current limits and conditions are always shown in your account.

- FPXFinancial Process Exchange; online banking
- A payment system that lets you pay straight from a Malaysian bank's online banking account. You choose your bank, log in on that bank's own page, then approve the transaction. Your banking login goes into the bank's page, never into the gaming site, so check the address bar before typing anything.
- Example: At the cashier you pick FPX and your bank, then you are sent to the bank's page to approve the deposit.
- E-walletE-dompet
- A digital wallet on your mobile phone that holds a balance and makes payments without card details. The supported e-wallets are Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost. Make sure the e-wallet is registered in the same name as your gaming profile so that verification and withdrawals do not get stuck.
- Example: You select Touch 'n Go eWallet at the cashier, then confirm the payment inside the e-wallet app on your phone.
- DuitNowDuitNow Transfer; DuitNow QR
- Malaysia's national instant transfer service, which lets money be sent using an account number, mobile number, MyKad number or a QR code. For a deposit, the cashier shows the recipient details or the QR code to use. Always take those details straight from the cashier and never use details sent to you by someone else.
- Example: You scan the DuitNow QR code shown at the cashier with your banking app, then check the recipient name before confirming.
- Crypto networkChain; blockchain
- The blockchain used to move a crypto asset. A single asset, USDT in particular, can exist on more than one network, and the wallet address must match the network you choose. Sending over the wrong network can mean the funds are lost. The supported coins are BTC, ETH and USDT, and withdrawals are paid in the same currency as the deposit.
- Example: If the cashier shows a USDT address for one specific network, send over that network only, not another one that looks similar.
- TurnoverRollover; wagering
- The total amount you have wagered, whether those bets won or lost. At SlotKaki, every deposit needs at least 1x turnover before it can be withdrawn. Promotional bonuses may add their own turnover conditions, so check the terms of each promotion in your account before claiming it.
- Example: After a RM100 deposit you place ten RM10 bets; that RM100 total meets the 1x turnover even though some of the bets lost.
- RebateCashback; rebat
- A cash return worked out as a small share of the total you wagered over a set period. SlotKaki offers cash rebates by VIP tier, namely Regular, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VVIP, with current rates and conditions shown in your account. A rebate lowers the cost of play but does not turn the house edge into an edge for you.
- Example: Purely as an illustration, a made-up rate of 1% on RM500 of turnover gives a RM5 rebate, whether that session ended up or down.
- Welcome bonusBonus alu-aluan
- A promotion for new members, usually tied to the first deposit. Bonuses like this almost always come with conditions such as a turnover requirement, eligible games and an expiry period. The exact value and terms are shown in your account and on the promotions page. Read them first, as accepting a bonus can hold up withdrawals until the conditions are met.
- Example: Before tapping claim, check whether your favourite games count towards that bonus's turnover requirement.
- Profile verification (KYC)Know Your Customer; pengesahan profil
- The process of confirming who holds the account. Before your first withdrawal, your profile must be verified: full name, bank account, phone number and email all have to match the account holder. Fill in your profile early with genuine details so the first withdrawal is not delayed by mismatched information.
- Example: If your profile name is written in full as on your MyKad, the name on your registered bank account must be spelt the same way.
- Same-name withdrawal rulePeraturan pengeluaran nama sama
- The rule that money is only paid out to an account registered in the gaming account holder's own name. Withdrawals to a family member's, friend's or company's bank account are not allowed. The rule protects you against fraud and unauthorised use of your account, and helps flag suspicious activity.
- Example: You cannot ask for a withdrawal to your spouse's bank account, even if you share a home.
- Transaction historyStatement; sejarah transaksi
- The record in your account listing deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and adjustments with their date, method and status. Use it to see whether a transaction succeeded, is still processing or was rejected, and to keep an eye on your own spending. Keep the bank reference number for each deposit in case you need to contact support.
- Example: A deposit still shows as processing, so you copy the bank reference number and send it through live chat.
